All accessory are not "CHEW-PROOF" - Please keep them away and safe from your Fluff! Our accessories are durable & made to last​. However, consumers are responsible for determining the suitability for their Fluffs' use. By purchasing this product, the consumer will assume all responsibility and liability. We will not be held responsible for any injuries or damage resulting from the use of our products. For the safety of your Fluff, be sure to inspect frequently before walks for signs of wear & tear and replace when necessary. The product images shown may not be the exact representation of end products. The lesser the width of the product, the lesser designs will be presented. As each piece is handmade to order, no two cuts of fabric are ever the same including pattern design placement. This makes every single one of them unique and one of a kind. Size, colour and shape may also vary slightly.​ Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see in the photos are exact to the actual product.

For any sizing related matters, kindly refer to our Size Guide Page As much as we will take great care to select and ensure quality fabrics to be used in all our products, please hand-wash our handmade products lightly with mild laundry soap and warm water and air-dry to retain its glory. Do not scrub too hard when washing as abrasion will cause the fabric to be loosen and will result to plling. Slight discoloration can be expected when washing. Do not use bleach. NOT "CHEW-PROOF" - Please keep them away and safe from your Fluff! Little tips (for cotton fabric designs only) - After drying, iron the fabric in medium heat. And it will certainly look and feel as good as a new piece! You can also try using a waterproofing/stain proof spray to help your new gear last looking new for longer! :)

We do not have a fabric swatch where you can view all our designs as majority could not relate to the final piece. However, you can view most of our designs under the "Classic Collar" page as ALL patterns are listed there. Yes! You can purchase any fabric patterns in any type of accessory, except for patterns that are Sold Out/Selling Fast due to little fabric left. We are constantly trying our best to list as much as we can for all designs in every product accessory. If you would like to purchase any designs you're interested that is not listed, that's just simple! 1. Simply select the type of product accessory (in any random design) 2. Leave a comment of the fabric design name in the fill given and we'll take care of it!

Kindly note all custom sizes are final sale and no exchange/return is allowed. For hardware upgrades, purchasing a collar with a custom width, Eg. Size M (2.5cm) in 3.0cm width", kindly purchase a "Size L Collar (3.0cm)" and provide their measurements during cart out. No additional charges for custom sizes +/- 1" to 2" inch, any more than that, slide us a message! We're still working on listing customise products in our store. Our products are made with durable polyester webbing and premium quality Zinc Alloy heavy-duty swivel clip for secure leads attachment, designed exclusively by Fluff You. Fully wrapped with high quality fabric material with choice of 100% cotton and water resistant fabric (PVC) featuring with our Best-selling quick release buckles made of solid Zinc Alloy plated hardware design in Gold which have excellent corrosion resistant properties. They hold on tight to the bold metallic finishes, resisting rust and corrosion. With 5 layers of surface electroplating and 2 layers of clear oil are baked on top for a truly mesmerizing shiny luxe finish and rust-free! Depending on environmental conditions, zinc is absolutely durable and it corrode at a rate of up to 100 times slower than other metals. All our hardwares are welded! - Welded shut with no opening to ensure tensile strength and tolerance for harsh conditions. Which means there's no way it can break while attached with a lead making it absolutely safe!

Our lead time for making is approximate 7 to 10 working days, but it varies depending on order queue. All our accessories are handmade to order and specially tailored to your pawfect fit therefore, we'll need a bit of time to complete a single order. If you wish to order but unsure if your order will arrive on time, please contact us when placing order. Name engraving and custom orders will take an additional of 2-3 working days. We used only local couriers either Smartpac (Tracking info starts with "SM") or Ninjavan (Tracking info starts with "NIN"). We shipped from Singapore and provide worldwide shipping via Singapore Post with tracking number (for selected countries). For best benefits, all of your orders are shipped with a tracking number. An email notification will be sent to you once we've shipped out your orders. Your local customs authority may notify you once your order reaches your country and customs and sales tax may be applied and paid by you before you receive your goods. Fluff You does not accept responsibility nor are we obliged to offer exchange or refunds if products are damaged due to reasons other than production defects. We cannot guarantee 100% no defects as all products are fully handmade to order. Quality will not be compromised, we strive to send and do our best with no defects. If you do unfortunately receive a defective item, do contact us within 7 days for an exchange/refund, we will absolutely reimburse you fully. Due to strict industry-wide health regulations surrounding pet dander, we can only accept returns for items that are still in brand new, unwashed in original packaging, This means it should not have any contact with any Fluffs. All custom orders and personalised items are not returnable. Pattern designs placement/variation Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value All custom sizes, sale items and personalised items are final sale. Finally, if your item is damaged or faulty in any way upon receipt, please let us know!
